Refund policy

Exchanges Only
Our policy is to exchange items if they are damaged or defective or if you wish to change sizes or sayings on the same type piece (i.e. exchange an Allergy Racism S cuff for an Allergy Sexism M cuff).  Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.  To exchange it, send us an email at socialjusticejewelry@gmail.com and let us know what the issue is with the piece and what you want to exchange it for. Send your item to: 2801 S Interstate 35 Suite 170, Austin TX 78741, United States. 

Once your exchange is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. 

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We will ship the new item to you USPS First Class for free. Faster shipping will incur shipping and handling fees. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
